A day later the bike still hasnt started and i dont know what to do. It kindof starts but dies when you twist the throtle.
PLEASE HELP ME

I'm thinking that cause ur fuel has got so low u might have picked up some shit in ur carby, time for a clean out I think...

OK, so how would i go about cleaning it out?

Take off the bowl which is at the bottom of ur carby with a screwdriver clean it out.

I have done that already but it was clean, i still wiped it down and its spotless, it is also leaking out of the overflow nd there isnt a whole lot of fuel in the tank, maybe half full

This probably isnt it but your fuel may be contaminated. Take the hose off and let the fuel drain back into a jerry can, put a different load in and see if it starts. BTW, is there spark? Your spark plug may have gone

I was going to say, it may have flooded after you put new fuel in, but if you left it for a day it would of dried up by now..

Btw, did you take it off the reserve?

Yeh it has spark, checked that yesterday and the plug was dry so it wasnt flooded.I was reading something else about a float problem in the carby, could that be it if so is that the two black things in the bowl.

Is there fuel actually getting through?

When i disconnected the tube that leads from the tap to the carby fuel did come out.

When you try and kick it is there fuel pissing out of the overflow?

Yeh not heaps but it shoodent do because the tank aint full.

aiie thanks for all the help bro im new to this site so cheers.

Might sound a bit strange but you might have to do a full carbie clean out.
As said previously there maybe small amounts of shit in the carbie.
The needle & seat is the 1st place I would look followed by checking if the float level.
When you connect the fuel line & run fuel into the carbie, is fuel actually getting into the fuel bowl??
If No, then remove carbie, Fuel bowl & blow air gently through fuel line & check that needle & seat is stopping fuel. Try not to bend the float yoke.
Check to see if when the main jet needle slide is removed( part that attaches to throttle cable) that the main jet is not blocked. Aerostart & gentle compressed air.
Reasemble carbie & reattach it to the fuel line(dont bolt it on yet & you can leave out the throttle slide).
Check that fuel fills the bowl by turning fuel off then removing fuel bowl with carbie in normal position.
If all goes well carbie should have fuel at the right level, fuel should not come out of main jet.
Reassemble carbie, including throttle slide then ra-attach to manifold.
Give it some choke & try to start.
If still no go check plug for wetness.
Alternative try a can of Aerostart/startubastard.
Can get it to fire without choke.

Its going to be dirty carby, so a good clean with compressed air should sort it. While you are dicking around with it I would flush my tank out and consider a fuel filter. Let us know how you go

Thanks heaps guys, bidding on a new fuel filter and my uncles is cumin round 2morow, he knows his shit so allz good cheers.
PEACE

When that happend to me, I took off the spark plug, got a funnel and put a drop of fuel in the hole, started the bike, let it idled and gave him a few revs, never had the problem again. frankys way or the highway :D

Hi sounds like either the float is full of fuel or the needle valve which the float operates is jammed or just stuffed.

It only takes 1 grain of sand under the needle to keep fuel flowing into the bowl and out the overflow...
