Hey Guys, im new to this forum but sure am happy to be apart of fun sport along with others still enjoying this little monster bikes.

I have a Ducar 125cc 4-stroke electric start engine (6v electric system, 2007 purchased), quite old but still runs perfect :) so my issue is that ive completely stripped it apart and rebuilding back together though ive ran into a minor issue, build was going all so well until i forgot where 1 piece goes and i was hoping someone could help me out please?

appreciate your help in advance

Welcome to Miniriders,

Don't forget to drop in here and Introduce Yourself

That spacer look's like the one that fit's between the outer of the r/h crank bearing and the primary drive gear.
You'll need to take the clutch off to fit it.
Here's a part's diagram, check out the picture on page 12, part #14
Lifan 125cc 1P52FMI parts list manual

Or part #18 in the pic below

Thank you :) i appreciate your quick response also. Okay so by what i understood (and having looked at the linked pdf page 12 also) your saying that part would number 18 on your post and part 14 in the pdf? bear in mind i have Not opened up the clutch kit at all just to keep things more simple. Ive took more photos for your better understanding as im still puzzled and confused :( hope it helps out because theres already a small sprocket type gear there for the oil pump...

By any chance have you fitted a different crankshaft to the engine ?

This pic show's the spacer against the bearing, and the bush for the primary drive gear next to it -

This pic has the spacer moved out from the bearing a little, and the bush moved out a little-

Nope everything is stock inside, only things ive ever changed is the piston pin and piston itself and the clutch kit, thats it, i tried what you have in that picture but doesnt seem right at all because just puts alot of the parts out of proportion otherwise is slides over that shaft perfectly.

Hows the oil pump setup look like for that engine? Does it have the same gear as mine in the last post?

That pic above is of a 110cc crankshaft that uses that spacer, the 125cc has the gear there the same as your's

Thats really weird :S because i never got or bought that spacer from anywhere, it came out of that motor and no one else has ever opened it up but me and im the first owner.. Its the only issue from me completing the build. Is there any other place of the motor ud wana see photos of to assist more? maybe something you wana make sure of or check? thanks

please anyone? i can even bring the engine and parts to someone local to have a look, i desperately want to figure this out and finish it for once and for all

The 110 engine was an electric start model, the oil pump is driven by a rod that run's off a gear that run's off the timing chain

Where about's are you ?

What is the engine model number, DJ152FMI ?
Look down on the engine case below the front sprocket, first row of number's
