Carries on at 1/2 throttle

yeah check the exhaust, if no joy then its time to check all the electrics..
start at the simple stuff first
spark cap, cdi then coil and all the earths.
then test the stator with a multimeter and check the gap on the pickup to the magneto..

actually check this.. not sure if it posted it yet but here it is

i do have a feeling it is still the exhaust as i still have the adaptor in there, it may of moved and there could be a gap there.

ok i know this has been a long time..
but i have fixed the problem!
one problem after another i tell you.
i miss out on the last hunter jam race because of this.
so i have put an OKO carby on. still didnt fix it.
because using the CRF50 pipe on the KLX style head with the adaptor. it was dodgy, and snapped the stud out of the head. so i got a new 155z head. still no fix.
bought a new KLX pipe. FIXED.

my god it has given me hell. but i am stoked!!

didnt i tell you to get the pipe in the first place lol

at least she is running we will have to go for a ride...when mine is fixed haha

Hey, You said it occasionally hits nuetral. I had the same problem but kept persisting on riding, after a while it stopped spluttering but still would hity the odd N. After a year or so the bike was too small for me so i sold it( To a guy who REALLY thrashes these bikes). Anyway i spoke to hima week later and said he blew the gearbox
