yeah, from a shop...$65 is normal.... i can get tsubaki from the main warehouse for 25:D usually twice that from a shop...

anything beats $250 for the chain on my big bike....

I think I payed about $40 for my RK, for $60 it'd wanna be a gold one or something, not standard

If you still have the chain take it to the shop and match it when you go to get the D.I.D, they will know what there looking at.

Yeh, there website doesnt list everything they stock so I reckon they would have em.
Does it have to be the one for my model bike (PitPro XR 140cc) or can it just be the YX 140 which is my engine?
Not the Lifan.
Thanks, Mitch.

i think he meant it better be solid gold:p some places do like to charge a lot....

it should be a 420 chain.... measure the THICKNESS of the sprockets... 1/4 inch, or 7mm approx is 420

if its closer to 9mm, its 428....

and...its probably stamped on the chain itself....

yep you need a 420pitch and just to be sure it's stamped on every second link. there is no chain for your engine, chain size is measured in pitch so you just need to ask for a 420 pitch chain

nah mate I mean the gold chains, I think they're pre stretched race chains

Mate, I had the exact same thing happen to my 110cc..

But I had only just picked the bike up that morning and ridden it for a totally of about 15 minutes!!!!

My chain came off, cases got smashed up worst that a crack, and the mount for the coil snapped off the block.. I dont know weather to drop my mates 125 in it or get the near new 110 fixed? I will take a pic of my casing to show you what could of happened..

cut away thats it, thanks guys for clearing that up, wasn't in the right thinking stage(to many descractions)

fix the 110;) youll need a flywheel puller... useful anyway....

and a stator plate of the right style....about $40 for just a plate with the coils....

$85 for a complete stator and flywheel...

um....110? dont they usually have the coils n crap mounted in the cover themselves? with a "reverse" flywheel?

take a pic:) then well know:)
