Are they out of the DHZ140, pp140 etc hubs??? Should email DHZ or Pitpro or other people who sell similar 140 bikes and see if they stock bearings.

thanks for the info cool-mo-dee

i was thinking of machining the hub too,

me and the old man where talking about it an i think we came up with two good idea's one idea was if i wanted to use the 15mm alxes i use my old 15mm bearing an make a spacer around it so it fits in the hub which is pretty simple

or two keep the 12mm bearings use a 12mm hightensile axle which would probably be stronger then a standard chinese 15mm axle
an use a stianless steal tube an use that inside the spacers an swingarm so the 15mm axle holes in the swingarm an spacers are 12mm

ill keep ya's informed in which way i go

You could put your old hubs in your new rims. You get to learn how to relace spokes. But I would check that bearings are available for the existing hubs if you bother or you could have the same problems if you stuff a bearing in the future.
