ahh where to begin?

ill put it this way i got pulled over and told that i was lossing my license!!!

they say i was doing 15 over (90 in a 70 and 65 in a 50) but they hadnt pulled me over for a couple streets (1-3 klm) anyway i also got done because my front number plate was hanging by one screw and there was no p plate displayed! (and i dont know how the hell they found me) so in total i lost 6 points and it was under the "p plate not displayed"

so what i want to know is why did they only mention that my p plate wasnt displayed on my vehical? but still charge me for speeding i dont get it! (if it isnt written on the ticket then can they by law get me for speeding when they didnt even know it was me) anyway they asked if it was me (stupid me said it was) but they do not know for sure besides the number plate and my red car (also there was another car next to me doing the exact same speed)

right now im shaking (not because of the fine or not having a license but because of my parents)

that has gotta SUCK! It all depends on the type of cop who pulled you over, some can be alright about it, but others can just be d**ks, if the cops a d*ck, they'll do pretty much anything they want, you argue with them and they'll just try and find more things to fine you for!

hope your parents don't take it too badly!

thats the only thing i was worried about! my parents (not allowed to be out even though im over 18 but im under there roof and thats there rulls)

anyway he was a prick! he got me to pop the bonnet, checked everywhere for any modifications then asked what was the oil on the engine i replied "the gasket is gone" fair enough he walked away and only picked me up on those three things even though i assure you he can not prove it was me as he pulled me over quite a distance away (he thought i was running) the bugger found me though, if i had of know he seen me i would have hidden and i know the area well but i had no idea of which (and there was the car next to me doing the same speed)

as soon as the copper knew you were a P plater you were gone. cops will make up anything to get them off the road. unlucky about it mate but these things happen..

it was bound to happen, i need a good kick up the bum to stop me from speeding! but even still i dont think it will stop me... dont criticise me because i have a lead foot!

as for riding on the road STICK, i live out west in rural area! i will admit i have ridden on the road but its far more dangerous in suburbs then what it is out here... the furthest i ride is just up the road to a vacant property and where i live we have a decent shoulder that i can ride on either side of the road...

okay, so who is familiar with the law because i found something! he stuffed up.. the road and suburb is completely different to where i was! he wrote up the wrong suburb and road name! can this be viable in court

my brother got caught speeding (140 in a 100 zone) on his p's and he challenged it in court, got a note from his employer saying he needs his car for work and stuff and he got off! this is in SA i dont know if the laws are different there

anyway i was only issued one ticket which leads me to believe there wont be another (you only get what they issue on the night) or they will be sending me one in the mail (lets hope not)

it was the cam shaft cover that was leaking not head gasket my bad

i got done for the first time in 5 years for "doing" 130km/hr in an 80 zone that was 4 years ago now, still hasn't been to court. $700 fine and 6months loss of licence. I'll be fighting the shit out of it in court the only way i'll loose is if hey lie - coppers wouldn't do that, would they?
