Yes its a six plate basket so no probs there will let you guys know how it goes later in the year when I have more miles on it.
So far motor has 3k miles on the engine pre clutch swap old one was very worn so this year will do about another 3k and will inspect and say if its been good or bad the few miles so far on it has been sweet.

Damn that's a bling looking clutch.

Cmon motors blow up so I can buy a 190!! haha

I would have thought going another 6mm on the piston would take it out a lot more then just 212cc. I think I'll keep riding my stock 190 haha. Its quick enough

Its only another 4mm over the stock piston.
70mm is what i'd go if i get the chance.

Man I'm drooling at the 212cc. haha

Where can I get one from????

I'm fast nicko just ask me!! haha

I would be like allessi the hole shot king then fade to last 3rd corner in. hahahahaha ;)

My Engine Machinist will modify one for you no probs, he's happy to bore and sleeve my 190s' 62mm bore out to 70mm, that work's out to 238cc's
He reckon's it'll pull like a train!

With some porting, valve and combustion chamber work you could run a PWK38 on it !!

And I **** in my pants

How reliable would they be though?

Wouldn't leave much room left on the skirt?

Nah he machine's the cylinder out to 78mm+ and presses in a new steel sleeve with the 70mm bore.
Last's a lot longer than the Nikasil coated bores, with minimal friction differences.
He custom makes his own sleeve's from a chunk of Iron like this -

This is a Daytona 62mm cylinder that Pitster did in the US, it was machined from 62mm out to 70mm and then re Nikasil'd
The original 62mm piston is sitting inside the new big bore

It is for crappy riders like me. haha

My big bike is presently a 250. Why not have that power in a midsize?

Sounds like fun to me. :)

If i eventually go big bore i'll need to get Phil67 over here to teach me how to ride/control it.
