the rogues dont run dnm forks only the lower end shocky,
personally if you gave me my bike (a pitpro 138cc that has been upgraded to a 141cc with the stock fork internals reworked and a dnm shock, the better ones) and then gave me that dirtmax rogue around a track, lap each bike and timed both laps the rogue would be heaps slower,
it comes down to, can you handle the power, by that, does the engine put the power to the track, and is the bike setup properly, which mainly comes from the frame and the suspension, which the rogue lacks.
just another couple of points to throw into the decision making
also the lifan 150cc is supposed to be a really strong engine, i wouldnt be knocking it
