A 250 lbs spring is probably the softest rated spring that is readily available unless you use one of the cheap unrated springs. Isn't that shock for a tri swinger though?

no cause it is the right length n looks like it has 10mm mount holes!!also tri swinger shocks r really skinny so they fit between the sub-frame.this 1 is fater like mono swingas..if so would it be good!

That's gotta be an "A" swinger shock ... The spring is way too weak ... IF it's for forward mount then it's stupid and won't work too well ...

It's quite easy to calculate what spring rate you'd need for a 35 kg rider on a straight swinger bike ... ie 80 kg rider uses a 1000 lb to 1200 lb spring ... so a 35 kg rider would need a 450 to 500 lb spring ... The leverage factor is higher the closer the shock mount is to the pivot point ...

"A" swingers use a 250 to 350 lb shock for an 80 KG and up rider ...

Another thing is that the rebound damping resistance has to be weaker to suit the strength of the spring so a straight swinger shock built to suit a 1000 to 1200 lb spring with a 250 lb spring fitted would be super touchy on the rebound damping adjustment ...
