Do i need to put oil onto my Air Box

hey guys i was wondering

If took out my air box out of my cr125 to clean it and i was wondering do you need to put oil on it cause it had blue stuff on it or can i put it back in no problem cause i really want to go ridding tommoros but i had no luck all shops where closed at 3oclock

yeah you need to put oil on it.

i've heard you can use canola cooking oil apparently?? i dunno if its a good idea but i've heard of people using it before

^^^ya it will work but if conditions get really dusty dont ride.....

air box or air filter? if its your air filter you definetely need proper air filter oil if you dont oil that filter you will be looking at a new piston and rings real soon. dont use canola oil you will just foul your spark plug plug
