on mi old thumpstar, when you reved it it went fine but when you gave the throttle a quick jolt it would die off and stall, does it happen to you? was it just a china thing? it got better when warm but still wasn't good enough.. saw motorvert expert today, so sick it was responasive like a crf50 with the 105 you rev it and it revs so hard, thanks..

ps how much is the expert? 3200 or somethn?

yours probably needed the carby adjusted there not all like that some are then you adjust a few things then there fine or put a 105 or 102.5 main jet in that usually fixs things like this i think

Nah, His carby wasnt tuned correctly, need to fiddle with airflow, Most china bikes do it because the carbys werent tuned correctly from factory.

A lot of bikes do that. My z50 does it, my rm used to do it, my mates old crf88 used to do it my old cr80 used to do it my mates xr88 used to do it...... Its just the carby is not tuned correctly.

Yea
Sound's like 1 of ya PET mice stuck in carb,Just play one of the pied piper numbers on ye BANJO, should fix problem

lmao ^^^^^^ , lil off topic but my bike used to have a flat spot, so i took the main jet to school and drilled it out a bit now shes sweet as (i drilled it to 100 microns spelling?)

the screw on the side and if you turn it so it revs higher? my mates thumpstars did this too.

yer i think the experts are 3200, but i rekon the pros are better, for 3700 they are better as the frame is much better and longer so its more comfortable to ride

mine has the same problem. i put an inner rotor kit in and it made it a little bit better but ive got the carby in pieces and im going todrill it out...what size should i drill it to....it is for a 140?

i just drilled it out to about 100...the stock one was only 95

yeah but if itss dying from idle to 1/2 throttle wouldnt it be the air/fuel screw ?

dosnt the main jet kick in when your 1/2 to full throttle?
