well market value is also determined by availability/rarity/desirability. those pro's arent that easy to find in such good nick anymore. not on the same level as the bbr frames but similar scenario where the bbr frames can sell for nearly there value new due to ppl really wanting them. not quite the same sito with the pro but similar. not sure why you keep buying more bikes, you must have a ability i have always wanted, being able to ride multiple bikes at once ;) save some mula and put it towards some good gear for the bikes you have now. there is a yx160 for sale on here for stuff all and its near new. THAT is what i reckon you should be lookin at, not more donor bikes that need work. only speaking from experiance on that one as i have three frames in a box (not counting the x4r) that i bought as donor bikes or to do up, and by the time i did a budjet for the builds it was cheaper to go buy a brand new bike.... just be careful is all im saying....

Yeah true. I have the list of stuff I need to have all 3 bikes running...not to bad it will be around $150 then I can sell one bigwheel for hopefully around $600 and laugh all the way to the bank!!!

Just got the foxico bigwheel started and rode it a bit, damn the suspension feels nice! Lots of power for a 125 too, pretty happy with it really! All it needs now is front brake sorted out. Swap the front end, and possibly the back wheel from the bigwheel pitpro onto the foxico,150 into that too, then its ready to roll!! Then the pitpro bigwheel can get sold with new tank seat, plastics as a 125...should get a decent amount back for it...certainly more than I paid!! You'd be surprised what people will pay for fully working bikes over here, since people break them stick em in the shed then sell them a year later when they wont start or something has gone wrong!

I have ridden two bikes at once before...but they had pedals not motors...One bigwheel will go...considering I picked up both for $500 I think I've done well, have a modern twin spar frame. Good forks on both bikes...2 bikes is enough for now. I had 5 pushies at one stage. DH bike, BMX, Courier bike, Dirt jumping hardtale, and a pub bike. I just get excited owning more than one bike means you can always go riding cause 'something' will be running

I just woke up feeling like a rant today :lol_hitting:

Craig is that Motovert a good deal, Any money to be made out of it?
Any idea what model it is and what engine it is? Looks like a 140 or 150 to me

Nah I recon that is the same pitpro motor out of a 125RR....I have two of them, they're quite punchy little engines with the right carby...

You may be able to make a little money out of it....just make sure it does 1st to 4th without any problems!! Check for play in the gear lever, and sprocket. If there is any real play in there I'd leave it alone....looks like they chucked another engine in it to sell really....email the guy and ask what size it is

CNC frame and adjustable forks(maybe) they're worth a bit to the right person, but not a ton!!

I emailed them and his either playing dumb or really has no idea!

Him - Hi mate, the motor seems fine and it kick starts first time frequently but the bike does not go completely in a straight line as the wheels are slightly off centre.

I asked him if the brakes were complete working and the forks/rear shock were also working

Him - There may be and this could be what causes it to not go completely straight. Sorry I don't know a lot about bikes

Yeah sounds like he won it in a game of poker...I'd be a little sus! Go have a look at it with $100 in your pocket! Tell him all the problems you'll have to fix and offer him that!

I emailed him to ask if I could come take a look and he says he wants more than $150 for it...

that's a tall order !
just sell it and buy a Suzuki ...
the engine would always be breaking down if it was wrapped in a china bike.
