the only legal action is to report him to the consumer rights group.. or further that and talk to a lawyer to continue..

i used to have an NQ50M, or more commonly known as a Honda Nifty Fifty 20 years ago
it was pretty painful hitting potholes on, and cars would come so close to clipping me on their way past.
it took $2 worth of petrol from almost empty to fill the tank, and rego was about $25 a year for it.

Funny....what's wrong with the fuse!!? Or you just prefer an 88 yz80? Piston rings etc....that sounds a bit ominous really....just sell something then you'll have enough for something else! so many good deal going on jap bikes atm...

Well its a facebook swap site...unless he has no idea what it costs to do a top end....why would he only want 250 for it?
