Embeding videos into post's...???

does anyone no how to embed a video into a post or new thread you start???

i just tryed then but couldnt figure it out,i searched google but couldnt realy understand what they said on how to do it...

tryed to embed a youtube vid of my bike running to put into my for sale thread of my crf50...

guess ill just put a link instead,but does anyone know how???

IDT you can for some reason on this site, I've before with no luck.

I think that it can be done but the admin has to enable something or change something and i dont think they will on this site because if they do it may leave the site vunerable to attack.
