that looks awesome dude
what are you doing for a manifold though?
if your making your own maybe you could do a tutorial as that could help alot of people instead of going out and spend hours on the net or driving around looking for one that MAY fit and then having to grind there frames down and so on...

Omg i cant believe i just noticed this +reps!!!!
get some video's?

well done this is so unique looking! what is the width/profile of the rear tyre if you dont mind me asking? ive never seen a postie with such a wide tyre, do you get issues with rubbing at all?

would an amr 500 work on a ct 110. and how did you make the pully from the stator and cover.

Rear tyre is 120/70/17 with 5.5inch rim, it's a front tyre off any cbr1000,r1 etc. No rubbing issues as I widend rear guard , snd fits in swingarm pretty easy , supercharger is an amr300 cut in half , amr 500 way to big ! At 1:1 ratio my now amr150 pumps 9psi into the donk ! Runs now just needs some carb and jetting fine tuning ! Adapter was machined up to screw onto my crank , case machined and bearing and seal fitted

H

Thanks for that mate . Just another question what do u mean by you cut the supercharger in half?

I had it machined in half then re welded back together so it was half the size , then I machined the rotors down to suit , look at erzberg tuning on the net they had photos of how to do it , and apparently they bolt them onto stock z50s with heavy duty valve springs and get 8-9 hp , stock is about 1.5 hp

very very very awesome i can't wait to see a video of it if possible?
im inspired to have ago at this next year!

post got a defect the other day, not for the blower but the exhaust , haha got lucky ,also ordered a smaller pulley to wind the boost up , try 12psi hopefully doesnt go bang . try and get some more pics and video soon

this is one awesome postie bike, I saw it at kustom nationals and was extremely impressed!!! You shoulda taken for a ride round the island :p

fat posty now has a ciniworx 150 engine fitted , supercharged 110 has been pulled out for freshen up and to get manifold and piping sorted properly ! 100kmh is now possible but only just , i dont no how people say they can get 120 out of them cause even with 14 -39 gearing its reving in the torque range but struggling to stick to 100 , maybe 105 flat stick no wind , but boy does it get there quicker !!!!
