hi when im in first gear or even second, at low speed, the front sprocket vibrates and makes a clicking noise.

is this normal? thanks

maybe the bolt is loose that holds it on maybe loctite it im not sure.

Check the teeth they could be bent or worn off.

If not just tighten the nuts a bit but not too tight because it's meant to be able to move.

ok. it rattles thats the correct word. and i dont think the teeth are bent.

how to i take the cover off to tighten it?

there should be bolts holding on the cover. take them off and it should come off.

ok took the cover off and there are 2 nuts on the sproket.. tightened then but it's still the same.

i don't need to take the sprocket off to tighten something under it to i?

i just tightened the nuts on the sprocket.

maybe it might be in your gear box thats making it rattle dos it happen in other gears like 3rd and 4th?

no it doesnt do it in the high gears just 1st and 2nd.

when u move the sprocket you can feel it's wobbly.
is it meant to wobble a bit?

one day when i started it inside the motor something was grinding and stuff then i turned it off, turned it back on and it was normal, maybe it is linked to this?

hmmm dont sound so good
a grind in the motor hmmmmm

first i would make sure those 2 bolts were tight on the sproket

not to tight it has to have some free play
check make sure the teeth arnt worn but then it would make thwe noise in all gears not just 1,2nd

now i'd put bike on milk crate to get back wheel of thre ground
start it let it idle and click into gear and listn to where its come ing from

try all the gears just make sure you bike is stable and dont rev it theres no need

if you can pin point the sound get a screw driver cup the handle in you hand and put up to your ear and place the other end on the part (if it's not spining lol) so then the sound can travel better
that way if theres something loose in your gearbox you may hear it rattle

hope this helps and theres nothing loose in your gearbox
