got spark, got fuel but wont start :S ?

hey fellas, my dad bought a china quad afew weeks bak for his missus to ride around the farm, it has been running fine with no drama's what so ever till the other day he turned it of after a short ride n now it wont start again :S we are getting plenty of spark and fuel but she just wont fire? we are stuck and hav no clue where to start looking,
any help would be great!

where did you check for getting plenty of fuel?

and reset your valve clearances...

one other thing.. i dont know what quad your talking about but some of them have a problem with cracking the inlet manifold around the base where it bolts to the head...
