Greef Thumpstar - Project Mini Bike

We have teamed up with Thumpstar, MX Store, Sin Eyewear, Bolt Gear, SK Designs & Sinister Fifties to Greef out this Thumpstar TSX 88 with a custom kit from SK Designs Aus and race some events and do some testing! This bike comes straight out of the crate ready to race, with Pro Taper Bars (no knee banging), High Seat (no ass rash), 88cc engine and strong footpegs and footpeg Mounts to handle adult riders.

We will also be sharing featured products from MXstore.com.au to keep your mini moto fresh and maintained along with featuring safety gear to keep your head and body in tact!

You'll be able to see this mini moto at events we will be attending (Follow us on Facebook for event updates). We will also be giving away our Project Mini Bike in a few months, so stay tuned for that!

Yeah, should be a great! We won't go to crazy, keep it fairly stock and see how it holds up with a range of different riding conditions

hmmm i reckon a dnm rear shock would be pretty sweet imo, great for a rider that wants some tunability out of their rear end, other then that and a uni filter? lol
i reckon this 88 will be a little weapon! cant wait for more updates!!!!!

We will be running the shocks standard at this point just for stock testing purpose. We will grab a uni filter and and better spark plug and small little add ons like that for now though.

We have added on the SK designs Australia graphics kit and it's looking awesome so far. I will have that posted up later tonight!

We have now got the SK Designs Australia kit onto the bike and have ran the bike in.... We'll have pics and first impressions of the Thumpstar uploaded tonight!

Did they accidentally print the front number plate for the new style plates?

The kits from sK Designs are originally for CRF50 specs... Which fit the Thumpstar great apart from the front plate. Which didn't hassle us one bit. He asked if we wanted to adjust but we didn't cause we will fit a CRF front plate at some point

STAGE 1 - Kit up & run in.
Well, with all new motos, it is best to run them in to what the manual says! So our first outing was casual trail riding around a 200acre property in Grafton, NSW. But before the trip down, our kit arrived from SK Designs so it was a late night Friday night slapping them on... full story on our website
