Heavy duty valve springs

Hey guys , can't seem to find much on this,
I have had some heavy duty springs in my 140motor, they were stiffer than stock but the innerspring broke, now my question

I have some akunar springs also but they are much stiffer than Wat I had , after going for a ride with them in it feels different,

Can having too stiff a valve spring setup Rob you of power? I am running a 280 akunar cam also thanks

A stiffer spring can rob power, harder to push down after all - there is a fine line.

In my 140cc i used a postie bike 110 inner with HD outer and was beautiful
