HELP ON OIL DRAIN BOLT.

I put my bolt back in, tightened it.. then it became loose not from me riding just if i kept tightening it, it would loosen.. does this mean my engine is done..or..?:microwave:

need to repair the thread or see if you can tap the next thread size up in there...

See the problem is I screw it in and im tightening it then it becomes loose if I keep wrenching it..

Thats because the thread is stripped. And unlike women stripping, thread stripping is not a good thing. Do as Sean says, also here is a video explaining it.

It's a pain for sure but thats a good thing. Next time your swinging off the spanners you will think about it a little more and not strip it out.
