i know wat u mean, u got to downgrade ur psp and do some trippy **** with it and than u can play downloaded games on ur psp, i dont know much about it because i got my friend to do it for me, u can download basicly every single game, but u will need a 4 or 8 gig memory card, which is worth it cause the 4 gig card is $50 off ebay and holds 3-4 games and plus the games are usually $80 each so better off buying a couple of 4 gig memory cards

You need to downgrade your psp to version 1.5 (i think) and then you have to hack it with devhook or somethink like dat but it screws up your psp and then its F*****. but if u really want it done your better off getting someone who knows what they are doing to do it for you.
