I'm trying to hire out the whole track from 9am - 4pm but I need expressions of interest. Date is still to be worked out & I'll be needing/hoping for around 30ish motards to take part in the day.

Some basics so far
- Entry for the 7 hrs will be $50 per rider paid a 7 full days before event.
- Entry for the 7 hrs on the day is $75 per rider paid at gate.
- HavaGo sesion - $10 for 20min This is for the hang-alongs that come and would like to just have a try on some of our bikes. Naturally some strict t&c's would have to be agreed to for this to work well.
- No one under 15 will be permitted to ride or enter the track.
- No Alcohol
- No Drugs
- Zero Tolerance to any dangerous activity/s - Cops will be called instantly, and you'll be banned from all further events
- If rained out it'll just be moved to another day.
- ID required at gate that matches your payment details
- Highly fashionable id bangles will be issued at gate, one for riders another for spectators. If you feel you can't ware them you'll be asked to leave! Refer to Zero Tolerance
- Track limited to 10 riders at a time. Either groups of 10-15 min sesions or one on one off idea.
- All normal/typical rules covered?

Day will be basically just ride, tune, play, practice, etc. Might sort out some silly games you can't do anywhere else like drag racing of some form, burnouts if possilbe, a few fun races etc

Spread the word & if the interest is there we'll hit it hard.
I feel the value is great - usually at most SEQ tracks you pay $20-30 for 9am - 2pm in that time you usually get 1hr 20min track time OR 7 hrs for 50 bucks and you can ride till you run out of fuel !

Requirements
- A bike motard or mud come give it a go.
- Skid lid (Australian standards)
- Gloves
- Full leathers perfect - but jeans, long shirt, elbo & knee pads are ok
- Boots or strong shoes *flip flops don't work*

This list will be added & modified as we go. If you feel i've missed something important please add it.

We need to make this a fantastic experience for everyone to help change the perception of minibikeing

Red is the added/changed info

There will also be a "have a go" option for people wanting to try out mini motard with bikes supplied for a small fee.

The idea of this is to encourage people to get to Archerfield that usually can't justify the effort for only a few hours riding. The ideas above are not set in stone and any feedback and constructive critisism are welcome. Most of all if you are interested shout out!!

P.S. the day will ONLY be open to mini tards no pocketbikes allowed hahaha

great idea pete ,will pallet burnouts be in the Tolerated or NON Tolerated section

I thought BDV charged for spectating ?

it would be tolerated mate, the idea is good fun day for everyone with some special and unique events to be run/done as part of the day.

This sounds like a gr8 value day, you can count me and ant in. Pity I sold my atomic the other day it would have been a good candidate for a burn out till it blew lol
