I contacted the seller of my bike recently to tell him about my electrical problems and the bike having no spark. The seller said he would send me a new CDI and Stator and today arrived this

According to elstarproducts.com.au these parts are a relay http://www.elstarproducts.com.au/images/products/large/reloem50150.jpg and a voltage regulator http://www.elstarproducts.com.au/images/products/vor3v.jpg

For a start these are the wrong parts but what i want to know is where the heck do these parts even go ?

Ok i bought a new CDI and i still have no spark, so i've replaced the coil and CDI and still got no spark, so how can i test the stator apart from replacing it ?
 
so where can i buy a new stator from??!!!?!?! PLEASE! whered u buy those parts from? :)
