That makes you a double crosser.....

At the end of the day who really gives a ****? Its about having fun not who has spent the most of what type of bike you ride. Of course a 10k crf is going to be better than some ebay ******* but not everyone can afford 10k can they? As much as I can appreciate a nice crf I still would buy a china before I bought a stock crf50 (if my budget was under 2k)

Just like too say that after owning more Hondas than you can poke a stick at the quality of Hondas is the main benefit but the Chinese are getting them pretty dialled now and if you prefer tearing up $100 notes to have similar fun thats your perogative. When the little Hondas helped kick the mini bike boom off in the early 70s they were affordable a z50 was about $250 new now the Chinese bikes are doing similar as they make the scene affordable to the average joe.Good on em I say .

Faaark people stunt is right ...and so is sixeven and anyone that runs a cheapy is right too.

Take M.S.O for an affordable package and AWSOME value the guys are good friends of mine and are putting out a great bike at a great price .... but don't think you will even see sixeven or the boys on the track .....They will lap you :D

Like others have said you get what you pay for .....these guys are racing at world and national level ....if you had the skillz to race at this level would you buy your bike on ebay ?

If ya did you would be a f@cktard ............in my opinion hassling top level motor racer for dropping coin on his race machine is pretty stupid in my opinion , who do you think is doing the r and d on pitbikes china ???
No it's guys at the pointy end like sixeven ....he's forgotten more about pitbikes than most of you will ever know....I'm not blowin wind up his arse that's just the news.

So for all you guys on a china , you are getting a good amount of bang for ya buck and that's all good ....just don't hassle someone for wanting something more and having the passion to drop the serious amounts of coin needed to get it .JMO:cool:

******* Oath Dreadful! Ha ha this whole thread is just a stupid jealousy filled thread thats all! Why pay someone out for spending more money on a bike than what you would? Everyone is different. I raced motocross for 5 years, and to be honest i enjoy racing mini bikes more (alot less injuries and alot more fun!) But that is my opinion!

Yeah mate thats it I didn't mean to offend anyone it's just how I see it ....MSO are hooking up a friend of mine who rides bmx and I know they go the extra yard for service ...the same can be said for E.S.D who are also good mates of mine and are involved in the production of " fifty ways " in my opinion the Ebay sellers they compete with have piss poor service and do f@ck all for the sport and are all about a quick buck and lack of committment.
For this reason companies like E.S.D AND MSO who actually put money BACK into the sport are finding these funds in an area your ebay seller has deemed to be clear profit at the expense of little things like after sales service ,quality and parts .Which is why I support companies that give back to the sport.

besides

The majority of problems we get here are from ebay buyers breaking this or that and that's what ya get , they get advice ,they fix it and move on ...and that's all good ....but there are'nt too many racing diciplines you can access on a top level with a sub 10k machine and like all racing it's the last 10% of performance that costs the most .

And yeah most if not all of the improvements that trickle down the line to china are the things that are that cost 10k plus before the chinese get hold of em and make the CHEAPEST copy they can .

again just my opinion , two ends of the same stick

One end geared to greed at the expense of quality the other
end to performance without regard to cost .

Obviously the first feeds of the last ....so I don't feed IT .

I think the point of the thread is that some ppl who own crf50 and I ve copped it before think that because they have hondas are superior to any china ridin punk. I think its more the mind set of some of these guys that is comin under fire. Ha I'm more a KLX fan myself go the green.

By the way china bikes can jump big............................

Only thing I don't like about chinese copies is that the chinese manufacturers simply purchase a thumpstar or something similar and imitate every part on it so months of thumpstars engineering work is stolen in a week or so and resold at a fraction of the price because they used cheaper labour, cheaper parts and less love.

However with all moral issues aside chinese bikes are damn good value which is why I bought one not cause I'm a cheapass I just don't ever plan to race.... I wana ride around tearing up the dirt thats all and don't have three grand to blow on it.

Anyway buying chinese bikes is like buying clothes from target... they will keep you warm but won't impress anyone.

Yeah Crankin you got a point there , there are those types as well....but they will always stand out like dogs balls anyway as a 10k bike don't make a 10k rider , like a ****** who buys a ferrari and can't drive for **** .

and yeah bruz as you have shown you can jump em big ...

But ya gotta have the bike control to put it down nice too which is why we see a few broken shock mounts and bent axles etc from ag's in here from time to time ....

and a big part of why your's is still going well JMO.:D

Yeh, i have noticed everyone lately has been selling there big bikes and going for the little 50's!!

Yea
Bit more energy spent by all of us trying to get some event's happenin. To sort this there needs to be a CHINA v JAPAN event sponsored by MINIRIDERS,MSO,ESD,PITPRO etc.Me myself havin fun on cheapies but if there was regular event's i would get a JAP BIKE to race but not enough going on to warrant spendin the buck's

Hell, Its not what you ride, its how you ride it, Just remember that people. you might get a shock one day with a china flys past you or rips you on the track!

IMO the whole Honda verses China thingy doesn't even exist. How much of Honda is left in a 10k bike? Plastics and engine cases. The level you build a bike to is available to both China and Honda owners so the debate is purely a money one.
Having said that, a high end China or even a midrange bike can be built to a good standard for much less than is usual. Engine wise there is every angle covered for a Honda and for China very limited, so it all comes down to custom engine work which is only being done by the few so-far here in Aus. But as demand increases naturally so does supply. So well sorted kits will become readily available. With the wider stud spacing and now 59mm stroke cranks and big valve heads you will see some very competative bikes in the near future, as is already the case in the States and Europe.

Man you got it soooo right. I don't hate people for buying china bikes. Thats their level of commitment to the sport. and a 10k plus CRF is my level of commitment. I get pissed off at knuckleheads like this jackwhatever for having a go at us just because our level is higher than his. Whatever his REAL reason is will be his problem but it seems like petty jealousy to me. I'm all for guys getting into this sport however they feel the need. When they become as commited to going fast in the Pro class as I am then they will build a Honda(well it will start as a CRF or KLX) All in all I say go ride what you got and enjoy it. What I think of china bikes ISN'T personal its just a quality thing. Hey I even ride a motard with a china motor in it!
