Buy something that isn't an Orion! :D
Joking joking..

Bigger carb won't help, it will hinder your performance if anything.
You probably have a 30 fake mikuni, head to Australia No.1 Mini Bikes & Parts - DHZ Mini Moto and suss out a 26mm OKO carbie
Another thing you might wanna do is fiddle around with some bigger sprockets for a bit more torque

Every little bit counts for something and it will all add up.

Get your current set up working as best as you can and then start to add bit by bit.

Ensure your carby is working correctly by following these guides:

Also ensure your valves are set correctly. Follow the guides below. This can have a huge impact on the way your bike performs.

Valves are pretty simple to do, once you get your head around them.

If you have any real confusion with the valves, feel free to PM me and I will try to help as much as I can. It wasnt so long ago I needed a mechanic turned stock broker to show me what I was supposed to be measuring.

The two things above are the simplest things you can do to ensure you are getting everything you can from your current engine. If you are still unhappy with its output I would suggest you upgrade the motor or your entire bike. It may sound like overkill but like a car you cant turn a Hyundai Getz into a Bugatti Veyron by adding a couple of cheap bits and pieces.

Make sure it is running as it should. Make a decision about your next step then, and only then.

Logic

Most bang for your buck would have to be an inner rotor kit. Then start playing with cams, carbys, headwork etc.

Since when does a IRK put more juice on an engine???
Besides that, you must be careful not to put an ignition like that on a engine with the clutch on the crank ...it will take out your mill in notime :bike:
