i need help with my pushy disc brakes!!

i sand the lot, always have and never had any troubles.. by the lot i mean both pads AND disc.. normally with 180ish grit.. swirls, not straight lines! brake cleaner is DEFINETLY suggested rather than degreaser, but whatever is handy that ISNT a lubricant
