Is this a bad manifold?

This is what I saw when I took off my intake manifold. Is this bad? Do I need a new one?

Just old gasket stuck to it. Scrape/sand it off and then cut out a new one (or you could buy one) supercheap sell gasket paper for about $10 for a 30x30 square, that should get you out of trouble

yep your manifold is fine, a new piece of gasket paper will fix you up.
