I also have a mini chopper that i am rebuilding AGAIN..lol Mine is going to be a trike

Whats the plans for it? colour?

im painting it purple =) same colour as my car and hopefully getting the rest chrome dipped maybe =)

Hey that is a Mad little Harley I have one exactly the same and rebuilding it also! LOVING the pics! Just finished painting the frame matt black ... not to sure on what colour the tank will be tho - LOVE the purple idea, my favourite colour. Where about's do you live hun? Should think of entering it in the Mini Madness show next year - represent for all the ladies out there! Dirt Dolls baby

This is the suspension before, all rusty

This after i sanded it with a metal disc, ready for paint

One side sanded, one side not, not too bad, but not as good as i wanted, rust has eaten into the steel

Just a quick one, what engine you running? got any plans for it or to change it?

It's 110cc semi auto haven't really got any plans to do much to the motor. Only coz they got left to Us from thump 140 kinda wanted to leave it the way he had it just they were so rusty n scratched to wanna make up like new again we have an atomic 259 we were gonna try put that motor in but still undecided

Yeah I have a few pics of someone putting a loncin 250 in one like ours, with modificatiions of course. Do will see how we go

Yeah cool im tossing up between an estart 110 semi and a estart manual clutch zong 150.
