Liquid image make some awesome cameras especialy the motocross goggles they make. They have a 1080p camera inside them running at 30frames.
Bit pricey but still they are pretty awesome.

I ordered it, records 1080p 30 fps and 720p 60 fps can't go wrong with $140.

mate the specs are good, I haven't seen any example video's of it yet to compare the quality with the go-pro yet though. So the specs are the same as the one that I have except it is not water proof until you buy the case for it. Don't think it comes with any mounting set up from what I can see in the link, either.

I have an olympus tough cam and it's pretty good. Small and compact but still takes good videos in and out of the water. Also it's 3d pics and movies so if you have a 3d tv , it's worth getting. I got mine second hand pretty cheap and i'm having trouble with the battery but it worked for a good year with out a problem.

It comes with the basic adhesive mount, its much more compact than the crocolis and has WIFI aswell. it is also capable with go pro mounts and has a company backing it up for warranty ect.
