lifan 125 big valve help!

Hi

Bought a new bike a week ago with a lifan 125 big valve, oil cooler, 30mm mikuni carb which came on it standard. Ran my bikr in an all and I had the usual problem that everyone seems to have with a mikuni - the whole bogging story, that has amazingly vanishe by itself.

But now if i hold it wide open i 4th it just doesnt go, it doesnt rev cleanly. If you turn the throttle back you can get it to sound better and goes better but its just not right. Any body have any idea on what this could be???

I have check: fuel pipe not kincked, choke not on and ive tried to move the clip on the kneedle but still no luck!

please help!!!!

How is your plug looking??too lean or to rich??

It looks alright to me, from my experiences. Not black or too white!

take the float bowl off and look for crap in the bottom and check float level, check for water in the fuel(if in doubt put some metho in the tank) take the fuel hose off at the carb and open your fuel tap to check for good fuel flow

Does it clip out only in 4th or always when you rev it up??

hey, it only does it in 4th at high revs

Sounds like its not getting enough fuel then.

What main jet you got ??

vm26 will fix the problem

FIXED IT changedmy main jet to a 100, works great! tHanks for the help
