Lifan 150 not starting

Well i was riding my bike for a few hours on Wednesday and then i came out the next day and tried to start it and it just wouldn't start. I went and bought a new spark plug for it and it still refused to start. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

is the fuel on??? does it have a spark?? is the key on?

yeah it has spark and the fuel tap is on and it doesn't have a key.
