lifan big bore

hi there i am wanting to bore my lifan 140cc motor out to between 160cc and 170cc. How big a job will this be, can i bore the stock barrel out or will i have to remove the sleave bore the castting, put in new sleave and bore the sleave out a few mm so that i could maybe put a 59-60mmOD pistion in it. any advice would be good. first you better measure the space between the studs, smartass!!...then you know how big you can go!! look, this is a 59mm bore and its almost at the edge

sorry guys I was meaning 59-60mm bore and i was going to get a recon shop to do it if it was possible

59mm is quite easily done. You will need to resleeve and bore your cases also. Head sealing must be carefully done either by thin copper gasket (which you can't get), alloy gasket (which you can get but is not 100% successful), sealing compound or more exotic method like a double ground joint or o-ringing.
