Loncin or Lifan

I have bought a new bike for my son, it was supposed to come with an electric & kick start Loncin 125 but turned up with a generic (no name) kick start.
The company I got it from have offered to replace the bike with an electric start Loncin in a few weeks or fit a kick start Lifan 125 to this new bike now. Son wants to go riding ASAP. what does anyone recommend, wait or go with the Lifan ?

yeh man stick it out... i know it suck but wait for the lifan =D i got one and i flog the s**t through it and it hasnt missed a beat.. =)

as for electric start, not a big worry if you dont get it.. just another thing to break might be seem sweet but its extra weight and you gotta worry bout the battery and stuff i prefer to just kick mine in the guts =)

Loncin Lifan update

ended up putting in the Loncin (sorry guys). when i turned up, they didn't have a Lifan but had a new Locin 125 with Jap carby and pod filter, so went for that (Haza jr was champing at the bit to go riding) Trouble is the bash plate from the generic engine won't fit the Loncin. Also had to realign the rear wheel due to the fairly quick (and rough) engine swap. any way it is a totally different bike, sounds different and plenty of grunt.
