making engine faster?

ok so in nz there isn't much choice on bikes there's the cheap stuff or the over priced quality stuff

i will be getting bmx bars and want to make it go faster
is this possible and how do i do it?
and i don't like how the big metal thing hangs down so would try get my uncle to make a new one out of the way is this possible?

Hey dude stay away from those bikes. It'll be totally rooted after a few rides. Nothing but trouble.

dont get that bike it looks like it will break straight away, find out shipping prices from aust or other countries you will get a good bike then

I know that Pete from FMR will ship to NZ and his bikes aren't bad and i would assume most of the bike importers in Oz would happily send bikes across the ditch for you...
I know we can send any of the parts you'll need across to you as well...
So save some more money little brother and someone here in oz will help ya out...
