Ok all I know its been a while so I thought id better blow the dust off this one I have the funds plans are tb184cc kit tbV2 head genuine pe28mm round side and im.tossing up either graphics or pc pipe this will be completed before October 1st and 2nd racing

I really dont think 184v2 is needed , on a china bottom end , especially if your not upgrading anything down below .

the tb 60mm piston and a v2 head and good 26- 28 carb is a great setup all around imo

i dont think this is a good sign gearbox bearing

its mainly the drum thats needs attention. not all boxs are the same and they need to be measured individually to work out how much to machine off them

Im with woggy. Steer clear of the 184 kit. Stick to the 60mm set up. They are a great set up. Fairly reliable and by far enough power for racing.

gear drum end float... they have far too much.. if you have a lathe or access to one you can either machine a step in the washer or machine the drum down a bit

ok so my head has been orderd i ended up getting:

tb V2 with Ti retainers -s25 cam
Tb 60mm Piston Kit
Genuine Pe 28mm carb with jets and tb filter
CHP supercoil
Black Anodised TB covers
Tb Manifold

carnt wait till its all done i hope it goes good
