motovert carby problem

hey guys....my motovert seems to cough and splutter a little in low revs once it gets reving it comes right.....i think the clip on the needle just needs adjusting am i right or wrong your thoughts please......its a stock carby on an 08 vert pro

maybe just adjust your idle screw...

Screw it all the way in and then start her up and slowly bring it back down to idle...

might work...

na i dont think the idle screw affects the problem im having....the bike idles fine and all its just when i take off it start to die and choke a bit but when i go full tap it will go fine but as soon as ya slow down again it will play up again .........thanks for ya help tho i will give it ago

tried cleaning your bowl out and blowin ur jets out yet?

if you haven't messed with your jetting i'd put my money on air fuel mixture
sounds like she's a bit rich off the bottom so maybe turn her out 1/2 or 1/4 turn see how she runs

i've had to do the same on mine since a bit of warmer weather has come through

see how ya go might even be worth checkin the needle but if the mixture doesn't effect it i dont think the needle will

i havent modified my carb at all just oneday it started havin this problem.......im saving for a new carb any ways...any suggestions on wat would run well on a stocka daytina 125......thanks for the help guys will have a fidle tomorrow night and let yas know

dude i tried your thought and it worked thanks heaps bro .....all i done was crank up the idle maybe a 1/4 turn
