nah i think it will be up for sale very soon.
it wouldn't be hard though,
it's just an Vin/engine number inspection at Lonsdale/Regency $50, then Rego, $97 for 3 months.
and the rego is the same cost for my IT200 so i'd register that bike.

if i had the spare cash i'd do it, but would replace the rusted chromed parts too.
and even add some upgrades to the chrome bits

Chrome Centre Stand
Chrome Acorn Nut set
Chrome Fork Legs
and rechrome the Top Tripple clamp, and Bolts/Washers

but, i'd much prefer riding the IT to the shops !!!

i have too many bikes and cars that are taking up too much space atm
6 good bikes, 4 parts bikes, 5 cars and lots of spare parts for all of them
and we don't have anywhere to ride the Chappy unless we register it.

and a couple of my bikes need work/parts, so the money has to come from somewhere.

we have a 2004 Territory AWD, a 1998 Mazda 626 , a 1997 Ford EL Fairmont, a 1981 Subaru wagon, and a 1967 XR Fairmont

yeah, not a lot of people know about, or have seen the Yamaha Chappy's,
i know i hadn't seen one before i got these.
you were lucky in the US to get the Moped 50cc and the 4 speed manual 80cc versions too.
they'd be great for cruising around on!
and i wish i could find a Yamaha Champ, they look sweet!

there is a roughy yellow one on ebay, it's been for sale for quite a while too, for about $300 in qld

it hasn't had much progress since the last update.
i have been fixing my other bikes, but will be back onto the Chappy again soon.
i need to sell it before it gets too wet here, winter has just started.

i have too many other jobs on the go to be able to play around with them, not enough hours in a day lol
