hey i have stripped the exhuast flange bolt on my head so i need help on how to remove the head and replace a new 1 on any pics and step by step instructions would be great ty

try and get another bolt ontop and undo them togetther.
alternatively, weld on a nut and replace the bolt.

maybe if u put some pictures up of your engine, r they the same head and barrell design as the lifans or ducars?

Loncins have the Honda CRF stud spacing ... Lifans and other BVH engines have wider stud spacings ...

Dabombs suggestion is about all you can do ... It would help if you heated the alloy boss around the base of the stud with a butane torch while keeping the heat away from the stud itself ... That way the alloy will expand and release its grip on the stud thread , allowing it to be screwed out easier ... Sometimes they can be in so tight that they snap off ... that's when the fun and games begin ...

mmmm, i see no need to remove the head just yet either...

if you really feel like flipping the bike upside down for easier access, then drain the oil first... and fuel... or pull the engine out altogether..

and dabombs suggestion is about the best one... obviously though, you cant get a nut on there, cause you stripped it, so weld one on, or go get the ever useful vicegrips onto it...

UNLESS youve stripped the thread in the head itself, in which case, go invest in an M6 helicoil set...
usually end up being worth it anyway

and wow:eek: old thread:p who the hell digs these up? and why?
