New 2010 Zongshen 155z Engine

hillz, are you donating that **** engine to zongshen so they can melt it down and make some parts..

That engine is already made out of old CHina motors that have blown up

this will be its 3rd recycle

its upgraded in small parts were needed
basically a version 2 like the old yx150 and 160

The Forged pitster kicker fits on the Z155 if thats the kicker you ment

yeah i think this engine is like version 3 or 4. first version didnt have the upgraded cases

nah im talkin bout the machined billit kick starts and stops u from running the alloy dipstick of certain brands
but its all bling in the end and bling dont move u along any faster

these engines and the yx have come out with 14mm 15mm 16mm kick starter shafts

ive owned like 7 yx150/160s and 3 155z 1 175cc and there all been odd balls

ive organised a sample of those 155z with new clutch side and shizz should be here in the month and itll be good to see what theve thought up this time


i dont grind stuff down as if it dont fit then i change to something that does may take longer but the finish and reliability is key

Just been informed by Zongshen that they have released a new 155z engine.
Now with a 6 plate clutch. It looks the same as the 175z.

Unfortunately they cannot fit the Forged Kickstarters (as you can see in the pic) i've been told which sucks.
We will be running these new 155z engines in the Vertmax bikes.
