I've just received a Demon Locin 125 and I can not get it to idle correctly especially when it's warm. It seem to revs fluctuate when idling and eventually fade and cut out. How could I fix this? I haven’t touched the mixture screw at all and I've have only adjusted the idle screw.

The fuel line is OK and the choke is off. When I turn on the choke it revs it head off.

Are you sure you haven't got the choke confused with on and off ;) Sounds like you have had the choke on and adjusted the idle very high so when you turn the choke off it is revving off its head. A choke blocks your air intake. It is used for cold starts to richen the mixture resulting in easier starting. When your motor is hot and you turn the choke on, your bike will "choke" and stall.

Sounds like a reasonable explanation I'd see if that were the case remember that the chock pin should be up when it's on and down when it's off.
