New clutch installed but clutch is backwards??

start the bike up and test the clutch. centrifugal force and wet plates is needed for the clutch to work when cold

Ok i will try that tommorow after school and let u know how tight should i do the springs up??? All the way??

springs should be a firm tight.. but dont yank off the spanner or socket to hard because you will break the posts
