it looks ok, it would be the same as what a standard pitpro 138cc an 140cc have on them the pipe size is the same 30mm an the muffler would act the same only its d shaped

yes you can get bigger exhaust pipes i just brought one with a 32mm pipe then into a 40mm muffler
i would say there would be some improvement to power but not alot it will make the bike sound more tuffer
 
And bikes that sound tough, always get the ladies.
