that's a clean looking mini, like the black on gold

what's the 82cc kit like? was talking to a friend not too long ago about them :coolthumb:

Hey man,

Welcome to Miniriders.

That ride is pimp as. Love the gold and black look.

I'm also wondering why the BBR 82cc kit as opposed to a Taky or Tb 88 kit?

the 82cc kit is nice. plenty more power but I still am rocking the stock gearing so first gear is super useless. Im going to re-gear it and see what it does. Me and a buddy race and he has a 94 xr100 and my bike will smoke his out of the hole, but as soon as I slap 3rd gear there he is slapping 4th and passing me. so far its been a lot of fun. couldnt tell you the real difference between the different brands, at the time I knew someone who knew someone that was a BBR dealer and they had a special on the 82cc probably because it was being discontinued. BBR claimed that the 82CC kit had the most life out of the other big bore kits and needed no extra mods to live a long life, such as oil pump etc. the stock carb is on there and jetted and runs great,But I think a bigger carb and a smaller rear sprocket will show me what the kit is really made of!

Definitely a very sweet looking fifty. Where abouts do you ride in cali. Any good mini tracks or private tracks? Considering it is the MX mecha of the world, there must be some awesome ride spots.

near me we have a couple of spots we ride near fire trails etc. we have to becareful of what days we go ride as the houses near by call the law. but I ride mine all over the place to my buddies house down the street and then from there we have a spot down by the river with a set of dubs, a table and two berms. and I have heard of lots of other spots to go ride BUT have yet to load up the Fifty and ride there. if im loading anything up its my mountain bike or the CRF-250R Im taking care of for someone in my garage1 just got wind the other day that there is a FIFTY specific track in Vacaville and in Novato both of which are about 20-30 min away so we may pack up and go ride minis for the day.

HILLZ I heard the BBR forks are basically CRF70 forks and you might be able to get a CRF70 set and throw some stiffer springs in them.

So the BBR Super stock Swing Arm . Stock size to buy the looks of it? or do bbr make em plus2 swinga aswell?
