Nowhere to Ride in Mackay

hi all, no where to ride.
as the title says , my boy's now have nowhere to ride. we have been riding our thumpstars on council property in mackay QLD. AS there is no place to ride. the story goes , there is a local motocross club , however they do not recognise our bikes and will not let us ride on their track(the only track in mackay QLD). the police have now threatened us with fines if we continue to ride where we have been. Any one now a place to go to just have some fun in surrounding area?

All mini riders in mackay need to get a local club on board, a mate told me you need to have 6 or more riders to start a gate. Just depends on ages of riders my mates a i have enough riders to start a senior gate it's just a matter of getting everyone together work and all that. Jensons park would be the go to race the bikes at.

quite willing to join a club but are only interested in non competitive riding.

Thats all my mates and i are keen on we stuff around to much trying to push each other over and stuff and just want to have fun racing.

That sucks about the cops we go riding in those spots now and then when im in mackay and only had trouble down at the army cadets once and they just told us to move on and that was ages ago. Still go down there time to time

Jensons park is out past bakers ck turn off to your left just before you get to rosella store then you turn right and go down abit of a dirt road. They have flat track racing there now and then and they got abit of a mx track to. I should be in mackay in 2 wk ends time me and the mates are trying to set up a mini bike ride some where

I ride as well(not that well I might add), my eldest rides a 250 hummer, he is 6 foot. I ride a 125 thumpstar. we just muck around.good to here of another spot, cheers ross
