how much oil does the zongshen 200cc 4 stroke engine take and what would cause a weak spark at the plug

with oil, just put in 100ml at a time and kept checking at the dipstick,
with spark, maybe spark plug its self? or coil? jst the lead of the coil and make sure it goes into the cap nice and tight, mine was loose and cuasing a **** spark, if not the cdi maybe?

theres no stick on the dip stick so cant check it
