what jap motors will fit into a 125cc pit bike the easiest ( i know its not an easy bolt in fit), coz when my motor dies i would like to put a jap motor in i was thinking a ct110 but i dont really want semi auto.

To be honest man you will proberly be better of just buying a decent pitbike engine to save the hassle. Like the lifan 125cc are 300 and like 50 posted. or if you wanna spend a bit more money just have a look at some of the engines on here Home Page - DHZ Mini Moto

ct110 the top mount is wider so you would have to customise something, a xr50 or crf50 engine will probably fit. Maybe a yamaha ttr50/110 engine but have heard the gearboxes are rubbish, or a klx110 with some mount modification.

Anything is possible if you have enough $$ or knowhow.

crf 50 cc or crf70cc engine will bolt right in . there 420 sprocket pitch , most china bikes are 428 so change of rear sprocket or even the front will have it up and running.

no other jap engine will "bolt" straight in.

alright thanks for the help i was just wondering what would fit coz my motor is still running fine and ive always thrashed it so i might get another chinese 125 but not sure about lifan ive got a ducar and that wont die ive had it for about a year and its been great even on the long rides where i rode it all day for like 7 hours with my mates

how much are ducars dont really see them anywhere

im pretty sure they where simply phased out, as the lifan was simply the better engine..
If u want reliability and more power go for the lifan 150.
