pit bike vs dirt bike

hey guys, just wonderin if anyone on here prefers pit bikes to normal dirt bikes? i think they both are quite different styles of riding, like freestyle on pit bikes is easier and i think less knarly cause its so easy to manouver and is much lighter than a normal bike. but of course dirt bikes have the power, speed and all over adrenilen rush, except the only thing i think is bad is the weight, turnin a sharp corner while of balance and dropping the bike to the ground lol. so yeh does anyone prefer riding pit bikes to big bikes and why?

well the reason i switched from full sized dirt bikes to pit bikes was the injury factor,

ive now got kids and a morgage to look after, and too many friends were coming off there wr450's etc and breaking legs and arms, and not working for 6-12 months!

i have too many responsibilitys now to care for, so hense the switch to pit bikes,

my pitbike has less speed, less power, but i reckon i have more fun belting around a tight 50's track, than i do in 5th gear pinned on a 450cc!

ppl preffer pitbikes so they can feel like they hav more control and they can rlly belt them around. yet a full size dirtbike u can't go on tight 50 tracks and don't have as much control over it.

i prefure to ride my big bikes

it's more comfortable to sit on cause of the hight, the power of course and other things but i do like to ride my pitty aswell love crusing the streets with it

yeah im the same boat, i got a KTM125sx and a stockish XR50 i havnt ridden the 125 since i bought the XR. im selling my Kato for a old CR250 or pimp out my fiddy, i cant decide. i like both but mini's dominate

saying bout the power and hills isnt always ture it is also skill that is involved. like i was on my pitty and my mate was on his ktm race bike i absolutely folgged him up all the hills we tryed and these wernt piss lil ones ones these were serious hill climbs. thats y i preffer the minis coz they are so much better to go through the bush with and get to more places
