Just got me engine the other day and have noticed there is a hole next to the exhaust flange. Will it be ok to run it still ?
Or should i send it back to dhz ?
Also with the oil cooler does the oil flow have to be going into left or right side of oil cooler.

The hole in the head is normal, it's an air cooling port, it goes up and comes out past the spark plug so air can help cool the head etc

Oil cooler will work either way around.

Wiring,
green wire with ring terminal goes to a clean bare metal earth point on the frame (wipe a smear of grease on the metal to stop rust)
Pink wire connect's to the Blue wire

Kill switch connect's to which ever black w/white and green socket/plug that fit's your kill switch plug. Other one is a spare for the other style kill switch plug

Some ignition coil's the green terminal is the Positive one, so the black w/yellow stripe wire will connect to it.
Try it wired up both way's,
eg; green to green and black w/yellow stripe to black, and check how good the spark is, then swap the wire's around on the coil with green to black ,and black w/yellow to green, and check the spark again.
Wire it up and run it whichever way give's you a better spark.

Sweet as wasnt sure about that hole next to exhaust!
Well this is as far as i got last night.
Im seeing what you mean about the pipe.
Not to sure how im going to mount the cdi and oil cooler though. :/

Oh and u probably cant tell but the mikuni carb on it atm only just fit. The molkt one i have wouldnt fit cuz of the frame in the way.

That's bike's basically the same as my Foxico that i just put the 190 into.

You'll just need a couple of bit's of angle iron or some 3mm or 5mm thick alloy angle from bunning's etc to mount it to the original oil cooler mount's on the frame if it's anything like mine

Lol i custom fabed it bro. Zip tied him there good

just about got it back together. Just need to mount sub frame then the 2 mufflers. Then its off the exhaust shop so they can get this pipe right.

The way the bike is you have to take the sub frame off to get the pipe out.. so they will have to cut and weld/bend it while its in the frame.
Do you guys think its going to be expensive for them to do the job ?

Everythings ready for it to go to the exhaust place tomorrow.
Just wanted to find out how much oil should i put in it? Im going to drop the oil in it and put some new stuff in.
Should i put 10w-40w in or 10w-30w for the run in?
Was just going to get the castrol stuff from supersheap auto.

Allrite il go the thicker stuff. One thing i keep forgeting to ask is the clutch seems to be very hard can i loosen it up some how?

Turns out its guna cost. 140 bucks for them to cut it and weld it. Not bad price fml.

I would have just cut it yourself, it only need's a small wedge taken out then weld it up again
$140 sound's a bit dear to me, i think $50 maxiumum ?!?
Remember a brand new exhaust like the GPX X-Power system isn't much more than that to buy new.
Whether it will fit your bike is another question though.
New GPX XPower HP Exhaust System, KLX Bent ? Buy Online Australia at DHZ

I know right, ****ing everything expensive in mackay man, its a mining town. I problable would have stuffed it up, I don't have the right tools, and most likely stress my self, im already stressed over this other bike I bought today, thought it was a good buy. guy didn't metion that the engine wasn't running anymore. then hes like yeah the spark plug is fouled. f**king liar

and when I just tried swaping pipes, pipes are identical! the engine on the new bike I bought has a crf style flange.
