Its not really hard at all, but if it is your first time then your new to it and may need to do some learning thru youtube vids, take your time when doing this sort of stuff and in a clean and prepared work place, you will need a torque wrench for the head studs and other assorted tools, Honda TB 88 with RH Installation Part 1 - YouTube
