people throw them out because its cheaper to buy a whole new one than to get the shop to fix it

yeh i had a collection of old victas going on for a few years, used to grow with every hard rubbish, love them, so simple to fix up and get going, only have 2 now, 1 for mowing and one for spares. This is the good one, hard rubbish find, just needed a new priming bulb on the carb and a clean up, it runs first pull every time, it amazes me what people throw out

Yeah when I was doing property maintenance people would dump rubbish out the back of the shops we use to maintain and there was a handle hanging out pulled it out and out popped a Victa covered in spider webs so flushed out the tank and chucked new pre-mix in and first pull away she went and hasn't missed a beat since and that was three years ago VICTA FTW!
